the cellar.
To obtain the traits
of its appellation,
each wine
must receive personalized care,
specially adapted
to its own evolution
and origins.
In 2008, Vidal-Fleury built
a new cellar specifically dedicated to maturing the wines.
In this way, each wine takes the time
needed to reveal its own character
and to stabilize naturally ;
in the same way a child does in progressively acquiring
his personality and strength.
